Our Future Programs
As a part of the community, we plan to involve the surrounding schools and businesses to help improve the futures of community members.
Future Technicians
There are 7 institutions, including Tuskegee University, within a 50 mile radius of the intended building site. Little USA Solar could be an extension campus focused on hands on training to complement a master’s program in renewable energy.
1st Green City
Our proposed partnership with the Union Springs Development Authority will distribute solar generated electricity to public entities such as public housing, municipal buildings, and recreation centers. This would make Union Springs the 1st town in Alabama to be powered with 100% renewable energy.
Spare Resources?
A portion of the onsite milled lumber will be set aside for future buildings such as classrooms, event spaces, and spaces for the Bring Back the Pollinators project and Little Houses for Veterans on adjacent property.
